DIRECTIONS ~

Massage the body areas where you feel pain once a day. Massage muscles and joints gently.

Arthritis and Rheumatism: Apply the oil in the pain areas twice a day for 4 days, then only at night.

Muscle pain: Apply the oil on hands and legs before sleep. Massage your body with the oil, allow the skin to absorb the oil for 5 minutes.
