TEA PREPARATION:

In 1 liter of boiling water boil for 2 minutes one package of the mixture. Steep for 5 minutes. Keep the tea refrigerated. May add sugar or honey as preferred.

Drink 1 to 3 cups a day after meal.

Bearberry Leaf, Sweet Cherry stems, Juniper Fruit, Birch Leaf, Rose Hips, Horsetail leaf, Bear's breeches seeds.
