TEA PREPARATION:

In 1 liter of boiling water boil for 2 minutes one package of the mixture. Steep for 5 minutes. Keep the tea refrigerated. May add sugar or honey as preferred.

Drink 1 to 3 cups a day after meal.

The tea should be used for 2 to 3 days on the days when you are constipated.

Senna leaf, Frangula bark, Corn silk, Fennel leaf.
